Frito-Lay is currently conducting a Facebook hiring event and they encourage workers with disabilities to apply! There are many positions available and since Frito-Lay is owned by PepsiCo they adhere to the "Pepsi Act" which means they have specially trained management whose sole responsibility is to assist abled workers.

The company does perform a background check during the hiring process and may utilize your social media content. I am posting numerous links regarding the process and the company below. Frito-Lay is an iconic brand and they're going to want to know why you want to work there and why hiring you will be a good investment. Cause your awesomesauce and you can do, that's why!

The hiring process at Frito Lay can be grueling and take a long time, as the company is known to have an intense interview phase with a lot of behavioral questions. You apply for a role at Frito Lay on the company's website or through a third-party job website. A recruiter will reach out if they feel you are qualified. I've added a link below about common behavioral interview questions asked at Frito-Lay interviews.

Frito-Lay is owned by PepsiCo and the company offers terrific benefit package.

My best recommendation? Google Frito-Lay online and research as much as you can about this iconic multi-billion dollar brand and "go knock on that door"!

Question for those of you who do disclose your disabliltiy upfront - whether or not you need accommodations

With the right makeup the average person doesn't know I'm disabled - I've never disclosed, I also only apply for 100% remote jobs.

Curious if I should disclose - what's the normal response, if any - do you get called in for interviews or ? Have you tried not disclosing on the application, was there a difference in replies?
