I definitely do at times and the thoughts of, do I really need to do this come on quite.....quick.....

These are my exact feelings when I overshare with my manager and then realize.....I might have shared....too much??

It's so difficult to keep getting #rejection emails -- or no response at all. #HowDoYouDeal?

Not good you can't get down on yourself you know that you are the one for the job there anyone who is missing out

I am going through the same thing. Think I have applied for 100 jobs in the last 5 months. About 7 interviews and no offers. I am tired also of the rejection or no response at all. Feel like I'm just going through the motions. Heartwreching to say the least!

Why do interviewers ask, why did you leave your position or want to?

Connecticut recently made it illegal for businesses to ask about age, date of birth, or when you went to school.
Do you agree with this law? #ageism

So I recently moved to Bridgeport, CT from the Bronx; however I still work in the Bronx. That's about 60 miles apart EACH way! I travel Monday through Friday back and fourth during the week. I recently applied to Walgreens three minutes from where I live, and got the job offer. However, I had to eventually turn them down. I recently separated from my husband, and the kids live with him (in the Bronx). So I pick up my youngest daughter every weekend in order to spend quality time with her. Especially now because she's so young. I felt that although I'd be saving money, time and potential job growth... and in addition to all of that, eliminating my commute altogether by taking on the job at Walgreens; I'd be sacrificing my time with my daughter. Precious time and "years" that I could never get back. I believe I made the right decision... but what do you think? Why did it hurt so much to turn down that opportunity?
