There's no doubt in my mind #ageism is a serious problem. But there may also be a solution.
This article says it's key to use the correct format. "You need to abandon the resume format style you used 10 years ago and adapt to the modern traditional standard format."
Always include your career objective, summary of qualifications, professional experience, technical skills -- and most importantly emphasize results and accomplishments.
