A dedicated customer service rep with an extraordinary personality and ambition.

If you get fired from a job and the manager says you constantly showed lack of work or called out numerous times without a sick note. Then it would be hard to get unemployment but, if you got fired without you being at fault. Then I say keep pressing the issue to unemployment. It takes a while for them to consider both aspects of the reasoning of you getting fired. They take notes from both ends.Good luck!

so you filed for unemployment and were denied. you appeal your case right away. if you had no infractions on your employment history. you do not feel that it was justified, then they have the bordone of proof first as to why. in most cases it gose in your favor, because they are dumb founded and explain why. get your nose to the grindstone and work that case. you cant win if you do not try, good luck take care

Well, I've finally got an acceptable job and enrolled into college in the same day. It's a really tight schedule going straight from work to school. Especially without a car... doing the two things together seems like a real pain but the end game is worth it right? # #education

Christina, don't take it personal, when they promoted you you acquire certain responsibilities with the pay increase, of course there will be jealousy amongst your previous co-workers grow thicker skin and take it one day at a time simply doing your best as a human being should get your group straighten out. I have been through it myself and was quite difficult, faith and patience seems to work every time.

Store Manager at Walmart

How are doing now? I was in the exact position you are in. Even my immediate supervisor turned against me. I worked for a company for 27 years. I put my positives in the people who were willing to work with me. I followed the store operations and I was successful. I ended up having a major surgery and I found out there was so much more in our economy to offer. I’ve started working for another company and loving it!

I had a interview a few days ago. One of the interviewers asked two treat questions. The first question I didn’t listen very well to. My answer should have been Lpar to Lpar and not platform to platform. The second question I should have given my info on multi runs of batch jobs. Due to my mistakes to the two questions I believe the interviewers thought I was not experienced enough. I blame myself for the mistakes but I do know that I am experienced enough to do the job. I learned a lesson from this interview.

This a typical interview question, its an opportunity to provide your vision, the confident applicant knows what he or she can accomplish over 5 years when given the opportunity, sometimes Its appropriate to bold!

#so I seems this might be the new trend. Remember Small business were helped out by the government one of the stipulations was they must look for help but that doesn't mean they technically have to hire to receive financial help!! Just saying....

In the season of thankfulness, instead of putting your energy on the things and people you cannot control, focus on who’s always got your back. We cannot choose the people we work with and that’s exactly why great coworkers are rare and hard to find❤️. I’m very lucky to have met a few in my career.

Who is your champion at work? What makes them so special?
