Depending on what your goals are, there is enough growth opportunity to advance in the company, they do like to grow from within.

I would like to grow in my career , if I am working in good company’ like Hilton so I will gain my skills and knowledge. it will help me grow in my future .

It is very difficult. Sometimes you need to be appointed by the local politician to ANY position at a Public Library. A lot of jobs are part time with no benefits.

Try their websites and see what’s posted but be on notice that there’s very little turnover in libraries. 90 percent of those that I see @ my library have worked there 10 or more years. Try school libraries to widen your search.
