I have worked at CMH for 30+ years I stayed because it is like home, The staff I work with the patients, the comfort of my job and the help we give each other great place to work #aboutmyjob #mythoughts #coworkers

My bosses were amazing so bad days lasted maybe an hour and the bosses or coworkers always helped turn it around. Stupid jokes or something random that completely took my mind off of whatever was annoying me. #foodservices #motivation #coworkers

Funny enough, I never felt proud to work at Harley Davidson, at the start it was a fantasy working at a large company, a place where I felt I would belong. In the end it was made clear that in my position, I did not belong, I was nobody. I got disregarded and yelled at more than I ever got a thank you. No matter how hard I worked or anything I tried my best at, it wasn't enough. But to everybody working anywhere, remember you are enough, no matter what anybody say's to you. Find the job that accepts you and pushes you forward, not the one that puts you down. #motivation #coworkers #inspiration

When A customer asked me if I knew what the water temperature was that our fresh fish was caught in? My answer was, sorry Mam, but I don't have a thermometer that long to test it! You'll have to ask God for the answer, he controls that! # #coworkers

I did not stay. General Manager had a habit of throwing employees under the bus. No write ups on record. Upper management did not investigate. Just took General managers word. On a good note he is no longer there. #coworkers #Ish #leadership #termination #discrimination #management #bad management

The shift precious to us messed up several batched of kaymak. I was able to step aside and fix the oders while workers continued to package and label. Everything ended up pretty smoothly and I only had to stay an hour extra, which was my choice. #foodservices #motivation #coworkers

What do you do when someone tries to take credit for your work at work?
What have you done before in this situation?
#coworkers

I would let them take the credit to not embarrass them, but I would address the co worker in private about it.

Why people work my nerves #coworkers
This happens to me all the time, and although I may not be good at it, I have found it is best to do nothing. If you trying to right the wrong, you just come off as petty and the one likely lying. I just wait until they need fixes or changes that only I can do. Then they all figure it out on their own. If you want to get sneaky, you could ask for a discussion on some part of the project, as to if the right choices were made, and what the other options were. Then the person faking it will be again obvious, because they won't have a valid opinion.
