what kind of engagement are you referring to? in conversations?

I see so many posts in the community about jobs our members loved because of their coworkers. It's the number one reason that I've seen on why people loved their job. When was a time that you were part of a team that just crushed like these laborers are doing here with this spike? What do you think was the reason you were all so effective working together?

In my opinion, I believe that more than loving the coworkers, we have to love the work that we are doing.

I did when I worked at walmart. I think it was because of our department manager and since I was in shoes I was the jewelry dept lunch relief. I loved both departments my co workers the job in general. I have been to other Walmart stores that were definitely not the same. One other job I loved was as a waitress at a Mexican restaurant. I loved the experience..

We've all had teammates that don't exactly make work easier. In fact, sometimes a coworker can make work downright difficult. Those instances can be memorable BUT it's important to remember those coworkers who are always stepping up, making life easier for the team and bringing sunshine and positivity to your day.
Can you think of a coworker who helped you or your team out? Give them a shout-out here!

I hope that you said its real, I don't have any problem to joint with us. keep doing great things.

I agree with that. I would also be prepared to answer the questions: Do you have Customer Service experience ? How long? They may ask you how well do you work with people. Does answering several lines bother you? Can you Multi task? Are you a reliable and dependable person? I don't know if the position has required computers, but now a days they ask how many years experience do you have? It is annoying, I get it all the time. They may give an example of something and what to know how you would handle it.

Make sure you have knowledge about the company and what they do. Be prepared to answer question similar to when was a time you dealt with a difficult person and how did you handle it? Also often time the interviewer will how you deal with stress and/or a stressful situation.

This was my favorite job! I loved working here and the students I taught. Food of any type was a game changer in any department and I loved to make games up for learning. #education #coworkers #motivation

Hi @Marvin Walker ! That's a great question. When preparing for an interview, here are some things that I find to be useful:
Do your research about the company. Head to Adecco's website and poke around a little bit, specifically the "about us" page. It's important to find out as much as you can about the job and the company itself. It will help you prepare to answer interview questions about the company as well as help you craft questions to ask the interviewer.
Get a sense of how they compare to other organizations in the same industry. By doing this prep research, you'll be able to determine if the company and its culture are a good fit for you and it will help you feel more confident in your interview.Practice interviewing. Ask a friend or family to conduct a mock interview with you! This will help you practice a confident speaking voice and approachable body language. While you may find this comes naturally to you, spend time performing them with friends, family, a pet, or in front of a mirror. This is a great time to review how to navigate tough interview questions.
Figure out what you're wearing. Don't wait until the last minute to pick out your outfit. Make sure your clothes are ready to go the night before and are stain-free and wrinkle-free. Check out these tips on what to wear to an interview!
You'll also want to know how and when to follow up after an interview.
On the day of the interview, arrive 10 minutes early with a smile to make a great first impression. When you're ready to apply, click here to find Adecco jobs near you! Good luck, Marvin... let us know how else we can support you.

Covid-19 put me on remote status since the March lock down and I have been struggling to perform due to the constant noise level. It's unbearable. I am full of anxiety, constantly distracted, taking phone calls in my closet to avoid disruption. I need help. I don't know who to turn to or whether I even have a right to ask this question. Yes, I am fortunate I have a job. But this is not about having a job or not - I want to know facts, protocols, SOP's - it's not like remote work is a new concept. Anyone? I just need some advice? #Guidance #inspiration #advice #Florida #help #hr #coworkers #workfromhome #remoteworker #osha #compliance
