More than a little stressed - can't leave the Island of Oahu immediately after being medically retired, but seeking remote work so my husband (also a veteran) can finish his school.

Any tips on gaining remote employment? The local job market is very rough. Having neurological damage on the right side of my body from a heat stroke some years ago, certain physical labor is difficult.

I want to send my encouragement to others who are working through injuries, disabilities and extra challenges. You are warriors. #veterans #jobsearch #disabled #workfromhome #advice

Administrative Assistant at Step Up On Second

I am not sure because I can’t hold a job. I have finished every work that I have gotten but after I finish like an internship or something where there is a time limit to them. After that I can’t find work. I was thinking about the Amazon work from home job. If this is real then I will be good but if it’s not this won’t be the first time.

Hi, I've never done this before, but I'm physically and emotionally and mentally disabled, I can do any job it's just that I can't go from city to city or state to state... I am a normal looking person, but I have a brain tumor and a neck tumor and spinal tumors... I'm g Having brain surgery March 20th of this year to remove the tumor off my nerve, and, after the surgery I will be completely deaf In both ears, as my doctors have to cut my hearing nerve... it will take about a week or 2 to start feeling better.. but I'm wondering if my disability that I shared with you all will prevent me from working in tucson Arizona or oro valley Arizona. . The city oro valley is the next city over to where I live at now... please tell me, where can I work at when Iose my hearing? I wNt to work but alot of places need you to wear an ear piece and good balance and walking .. I don't have good balance and I'm going deaf almost completely deaf in my good hearing ear, as I'm totally deaf in my right ear and will soon be totally deaf in my left ear, along with all that and my learning disabilities that i have and mental disabilities, emotional disabilities and physical disabilities ... what can i do for work to earn money, and I know how to paint and do yard work and how to clean bathrooms, kitchens and other stuff too I can detail cars, I can bag groceries and be a cart attendent but i do not know where To get a job at...im located in Tucson Arizona 85705 area. Worked at Amazon for 3 days then took a leave of absence to obtain medical clearance/ accommodation from my primary doctor due to my disability. Was told I couldn’t return to work until I was medically cleared. My disability is PERMANENT. Amazon hires and accommodates people without limbs without sight or hearing and are permanently disabled and yet I’m told I can return when I no longer have a disability.
