I'm telling you the truth...(Read to Succeed.)

It can take a person almost a lifetime to realize this principle of truth. Don't let this happen to you!

While many people have played in the game of life, they miss out on scoring the big touchdowns.

So many people said Tom was finished; he didn't have what it takes; he was too old; his youth, strength, and vigor was gone.

However, he listened to that soft whisper in his ear, and came back with a purpose in life.

Tom Brady won his 7th NFL Super Bowl Championship Ring. How? He didn't play the game, rather, he "Changed the Game."

When you listen to that whisper in your ear, you'll realize that, you are not finished. You have greatness in you.

Step onto the playing field of life just one more time. This time to "can change the game."

Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you.

I Believe You Can...!

It’s acceptable to bring your coffee into an interview, right? 🤷‍♀️☕️

Having an extra copy of your resume on hand isn’t necessary since you already applied online, right?! 📄

🤨 Wrong! 🙅‍♀️

There are several little things that you can do during an interview that can leave the interviewer with a less than favorable impression of you. Here are some great tips on common- but costly mistakes and how to avoid them: https://www.thebalancemoney.com/most-common-interview-mistakes-2061111

I'm telling you the truth...(This Can Blow Your Mind.)

Many people believe they know, which is fine, however, things have changed drastically in recent years.

The people who didn't listen are singing that No. #1 hit song by the Signature and Legendry British Rock Band named QUEEN..."Another One Bites The Dust."

Sharmaine, you don't want to be NEXT.

Listen carefully... I don't give a Rat's Tail-End what you heard in the past. I'm telling you to say these 7 definitive things at your interview and that's it.

Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you. The question is, will you do this?

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read w/o Fail.)

It was one said that..."When you are working for a company or customer give them your darn best, and then some, plus ONE."

No matter what your Job Title is; Your Salary is; the Requirements are; Give that company your darn best... and your life will never be the same in years to come. That's the Secret.

Please DON'T fall-short in these additional areas:

  1. Attitude - Have a good attitude when you come to work. (Leave personal matters at-home or on the TV screen.)

  2. Smile - Have a smile of success in the workplace. (Smiles creates additional smiles from others.)

  3. Discipline - Allow discipline to guide you on multiple tasks. (Complete one action at a time.)

  4. Seriousness - Be sincere with what you delivery. (Your work represents the company's name.)

  5. Diligence - Don't work for the paycheck, work for the passion. (The checks will eventually track you down.) (See illustration)

"Success will appear in many different "blind formats" in your life, however, you have to put in the visible works beforehand." ~ Edward Alexander

If you’re looking to advance in your career, thinking about the way you communicate is a good place to start. Avoid saying these 5 things in a professional environment.

  1. “But” - Simply stop after the statement. If you must add a conjunction and second phrase, use “and.” For example, “That’s a great idea, and we can look at it more closely.”
  2. “This might be stupid/silly” - Simply state your idea without qualifying it. You’ll be more valued for your contributions.
  3. “Respectfully” - Same goes for the word “honestly.” If you’re reacting out of anger, take a moment to collect your thoughts to respond appropriately.
  4. “I’m so busy” - It’s rarely a good idea to just respond with a general “I’m busy,” as there’s little anyone can do about that except you.
  5. “Try” - If you’re not convinced you can complete a task, give specifics about the challenges or concerns. That can help you get the clarity, assistance, or resources you need.

What else should you avoid saying #OnTheJob or in #interviews? #jobsearch

#Interviews should never be a one-way conversation. Ask yourself, is this a place I want to work at? You should feel empowered to guide the conversation and ask questions during the interview.

The first question I always ask is: What are your expectations for the person who is hired?

This key question will create a clear picture of what to expect from the job day to day - and if you really want to work there. Here are the top 20 questions to ask during an interview.

After being a stay at home single mom I am under qualified. My son is 11 years old and I have not worked for at least 12 years. I don’t know how to work that into my résumé. Any suggestions? I feel that being a stay at home parent is genuinely hard and diverse work, but I do not know how to convey that into my résumé or under job skills. #gettingbacktowork #resume #advice #homemakersareceos #unqualified #interviews #jobsearch #notuptodate #workingmoms
