Its going to be hard but with time you will figure the correct route, dont give up .
Job hopping can give employers the idea that you have different priorities and might be a bit unstable. But on the flip side, it can also highlight your commitment to growing in your career. It really depends on how long you've been in each role. Switching jobs after a year is totally fine, but making a change after just a week or a month? That might raise a few eyebrows.
@Bill Branstetter l comes down to your work ethic. Personally, I like sticking with a company long-term. Job-hopping just feels kind of uncertain to me.
Do you answer with your real number, put "negotiable," or put a higher number hoping you'll get it?
I do my homework and check out the salary range. I try to find the median and aim for the higher end. It also varies based on the type of employer, like public versus private companies. I could ask for a higher salary, but that doesn't guarantee they can pay it. Keeping my expectations realistic can really help when I'm asking for what I want.
Put a range of what you think might be acceptable to you & the hiring manager.
