Its going to be hard but with time you will figure the correct route, dont give up .
Job hopping can give employers the idea that you have different priorities and might be a bit unstable. But on the flip side, it can also highlight your commitment to growing in your career. It really depends on how long you've been in each role. Switching jobs after a year is totally fine, but making a change after just a week or a month? That might raise a few eyebrows.
Do you answer with your real number, put "negotiable," or put a higher number hoping you'll get it?
Put a range of what you think might be acceptable to you & the hiring manager.
I’d usually say something like, “I’m open to discussing a fair rate based on the role and responsibilities,” or if you have a number in mind, give a range like, “I’m looking for something in the $60,000–$70,000 range, but I’m flexible depending on the full package."
I stayed too long in a role where I was underpaid and undervalued. I gave my best, took initiative, and showed up every day with commitment, but the compensation and growth never matched the effort. It was a tough realization, but I’ve decided to move forward and choose better for myself.
I’m currently seeking remote opportunities as a Virtual Assistant, Blog Writer, or Social Media Manager. I bring structure, creativity, and genuine care to every project. I love supporting coaches, startups, and wellness-focused businesses, and I’m ready to contribute to a team that values reliability and quality work.

If you’ve ever been terminated from a previous role, how do you explain this to potential new employers during a job hunt?
Tell the truth
Be honest. I was terminated from my last company that I gave 10 years to. I asked why was I being terminated & they said they had financial reasons for laying myself & 10 others off. What they did was buy another company. A year later they laid off 100 people.
I have learned through many years being employed, that if you don't leave work at work, and home at home, it affects your entire life.
