I'm telling you the truth... (Must Read Without Fail.)
Many people may "lose their dreams" for 1,001 valid reasons.
This can be categorized as probabilities, driven by modules of poorly filtered statistical thinking habits we manifest on a daily basis.
Recently, I was watching some people sitting on the side of the road, and it hit me hard, that people are generally good, "heart-to-heart" if given a chance.
Yes, if given a chance they could succeed well pass expectations.
However, if they lost their DREAM, then, things they once desired or hoped for could quickly fade away.
Listen, your dream is crucially important to your safety, security, and well-being of your family.
Don't lose your dream, rather, protect it at allvtimes. Then, everything will fall-in-place for you.

As the year 2022 comes to an end, it is important to find out how our community is feeling about the Jobcase App and Community?
By providing our feedback it will allow the Staff at Jobcase to use to better understand how we feel. I will start with answering my own question first.
As a member of the Jobcase Community, I love the interaction this platform offers when searching for a job, sharing #MyThoughts with the Community. Over the years as a member of the community, it allows me to help others by sharing and helping one another.
My Dislikes are the fact that it takes so long to flag a Post or Person who is trying to SCAM PEOPLE in the COMMUNITY. I feel Jobcase can do better to Stop the Spread of the Scam Threads. Keeping in mind we will never be able to completely stop the spread or intent of Scams. However, they are preventive measures that could be done in order to limit the damage it causes yo our members. I often see post from people who Post Fake Jobs and Dating. I report it and it takes days before that account is suspended. I believe Jobcase can do better in the future.
What are your Thoughts? #MyThoughts #questions #question

My messages were erased and I don't receive or send anymore. Frustrating but peaceful so leave it as it is. I don't use it.

So, you have an interview on the books; is it a position you can grow within? Are there opportunities for advancement? How long is training? These are great questions to ask your interviewer! Make a list of things you want to know and feel confident asking.

I'm telling you the truth...
People become stuck in life for many different reasons. However, it's not their fault. No need to play "the blame game."
When people normally feel stuck in life they may say things like...
OLD POINTS: (1) I'm scared. (2) I'm too old. (3) I'm not sure. (4) I'm nervous. (5) I didn't know. (6) I failed before. (7) I have no degree. (8) I have a record. (9) I have little experience. (10) What if they say NO?
TURNAROUND POINTS: In 2023, the winds of time will blow harshly with realities of truth. People will be left behind, overlooked, forgotten, misunderstood, not seen, unrecognized, misinterpreted, neglected, and the list goes on...
Don't let that happen to you!
Start prevailing, and stop failing so you can win down the road. Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you.
I Believe You Can...!

Do you work on the Weekends? What are your thoughts on it? #weekends #questions

Yes,I do for the week end.

I would do overtime too

For the last several years, I have applied for tutoring companies in order to access side, assistive, complimentary, and monies to pay my bills. Sometimes I am not getting students invoiced. Anyone have any similar experiences? #questions #business is business # work assignments matter

can anyone give me some advice or if you’ve worked with #bloominsurance if you liked it? If they treated you well? How was the interview process? did you accept the job? how many days did it take for them to contact you about your background check? #advice #questions

So I got injured on April 4,2022 from a slip and fall accident at my previous seasonal job. Now it took the company 2 weeks to file for workers compensation then seveal weeks later to have exams done and see orthopedics. One orthopedic told me that my left shoulder is a frozen shoulder (mind you he never looked at my images from my mri nor the results as there was and still are several issues and fractures and what not going on.) this orthopedic doctor tells me to exercise my shoulder and keep moving it and everytime I do the pain gets worse. As for my back it’s pulled muscle and my right wrist has a torn tendon. So due to the severity of my injuries I was only paid for 2weeks (as they stated was because it was a seasonal job at the mall.) now it’s almos July and I’m still in pain and seen a physical therapist and all but what’s important is that I have missed my actual job for almost over a month that I just started few days after. It’s complicated and probably confusing at this point. But my point is was that I was told by the orthopedic that I can not use my left arm (in a sling) one moment and the next to move it and to move my right wrist (in a brace), which is kinda impossible when your a cashier and can barely hold a pencil or lift up my own child not to mention I have my back a brace on as well which makes me completely not useful to my company. Now, I havent gotten paid For the times I missed work and went to my therapies and doctor appointments even have a letter stating I’m not allowed to return to work till I’m cleared by my orthopedic (till today I’m still not cleared.)
What can I do in this case as it’s kind of hard as I’m a single mom who needs to provide for my 2year old and pay bills.

I'm so sorry to hear you got injured at work! Its hard to tell what to do next exactly, but can I ask if you have all the documentation related to your injury and aftercare sorted out and organized in case you need to take legal or official action? You may need to also find a way to contact someone in the companies HR department or payroll to sort out which days you should be paid for and any reimbursements. Here is the official federal .Gov Workers Comp Page as well in case you need any of those links, it's full of info about next steps! Good Luck! 💕

Filing for unemployment is a headache. U have to go to a website that is nosy as hell.all of your important info they want. All of that is needed before I can file. It is easier to buy a house. #questions
