I already have a Paralegal Certification and a BS in Criminal Justice. What I am having a problem with is breaking into the field in another state where I am not certified. With my twenty-three years of experience, I should have not aged out.

That sounds like a great plan! Transitioning to a career in clinical psychology with a bachelor's degree can be a fulfilling path. To start, research universities with scholarship opportunities in psychology or related fields. Also consider joining Jobcase and other job search providers to explore job opportunities in the mental health field. Good luck!

Don't taste that coffee yet...

MUST READ WITHOUT FAILURE!

Listen carefully...and don't wait for a special occasion.

What's your age? Hmm.. What's your level of education? Hmm.. What's your...? The list goes on...! Right?

Here's the BREAKING NEWS!

Certain factors are NOT relevant in your desire and ambition to succeed in life. Your true worth is really wrapped up inside of you like an unpackaged gift, waiting for you to manifest your greatness.

Big, little or smaller, your "gift" will make room for greater things to come.

Then your life will never be the same.

I Believe You Can...!

I'm in my late 50s, have been a freelance writer for a long time, have a BS in math and a PhD in physics. I desperately need to find a job. I have excellent numerical skills, analytical skills, writing skills and am a great critical thinker. I have always learned very fast. But I'm stumped what kinds of jobs I might apply for, esp at my age. Any ideas? And how do I sell myself at this age, with only about 7 years in the corporate world, mostly as a systems engineer and project manager, 30 yrs ago. (I don't want to go back to that industry.)

Free Trucking School in California

Here’s a video of a YouTuber providing a step by step process on how to get trucking school paid for by the state of California. 🚛

Trucking school cost me $3,000 in Los Angeles, so I know this information could be very helpful with someone wanting to start a career in the trucking industry. ✅

If you can’t afford to pay for trucking school and don’t want to sign an employment contract with a carrier, this is another avenue you may want to take advantage of. I’m pretty sure most states have this resource, so I highly recommend calling your local unemployment office to find out if paid trucking school is available in your region. ☎️

@Diaz York If you can’t find anything in the job board, try searching Craigslist. CL has been very reliable for me in the past. Good luck! 🍀
