I have been trying to get my 1099-G for last year since March of this year from the Florida DEO- no form. Asked for it to be both emailed to me and snail-mailed to me- no form. I do not have access to it through my DEO account- I can log in and report my job search, but no link to the forms. I contacted my local political rep, who said that they would help, but what the did was send me the link to a form to request my 1099-G. I had already filled out this form 2 times, but filled it out again- no form. I did file my taxes with the deposit records from the card that DEO puts my unemployment on and did not owe any taxes on the monies collected, but I am afraid that I will be audited because of the lack of the form. Worst place I have ever worked for, I was there for a year then my shiftlead got me super angry and I threw a dust pan at her and walked out, then dumb me, came back to work there a year later and that lasted about 2 months when they wouldnt give me a day off, mind you i had just blown up my truck and was riding my bike to my 2 jobs I was working, almost 70hrs a week to pay to rebuild my vehicle, so that's were it all ended never showed up that day, legend has it I might try for a 3rd time!!🤷 But no... I remember plugging away at upgrading each workstation as systematically and efficiently as I could even though the most recent addition to the team at that location was more interested in talking with the lead technician.

Knowing that we would be working late into the night otherwise, that me and the lead technician had a long drive back home after the job was done, I made a pretty big dent in most all of the tasks at hand. I practically upgraded most all of the counter workstations myself. I do believe that I did so to some surprise of my lead technician. I think he was relieved that someone was actually doing some work to get the location done within good time on his last day.
