Lately I've found a small habit that helps me feel better about my day and more productive overall. Every morning at work, I list out three things that I am thankful for, and three goals that I want to accomplish that day. I like doing this this way, because it gets me in a good headspace for the day and lets me focus on doing what's important without being overwhelmed. It's a good feeling when you see you accomplished all three goals, and even if you don't, you know you'll have another shot tomorrow. There are so many habits and techniques and methods you can adopt to be more productive, but I think there's value to finding what works for you and making it easy to maintain. Doing something easily and habitually rather than intensely only once in a while can sometimes pay off more in the long run. #motivation #habits #gratitude

No matter how we define success, successful habits are always a part of the equation. You can take small steps daily to guarantee results.
If you have an elephant on a scale and you add sand to the over side of the scale, eventually the sand will out weigh the elephant. The only requirements are consistent action and some time. The same is true with your elephant sized goals. Daily action, even if its small steps can ensure you get the results you seek.
In a book titled "The Slight Edge" Jeff Olson reminds us no action is too small to reach your goals. TODAY decided on some things you can do daily to ensure you reach your goals. Make it a small action that you can do EVERYDAY no matter what. The small actions add up, for example if I ran around just 1 block today it wouldn't really have benefits after 1 day. However, the small act of doing this daily for lets say 3 months could really help a person reach new levels of health. Consistency turns the small into a powerful force of momentum!
Don't let a day slip away without adding sand to you goals side of the scale.

Patience is a virtue easier said than done of course but that's something that you have I believe that something that you gain the older you get with age in the different obstacles that you overcome as an adult in a person
