It depends on the role Jeremy. What were you looking to do? Be sure to check out the job search tool and our getting hired resource center! I would start by filling out your JC profile and then once you have, select the resume tab and click download and PRESTO you have a pre-generated resume! You will need this when applying : ) Let me know how else I can help!

That's a great question @glynn johnson ! I never worked there but maybe someone else here can tell you more about their experience. In the meantime I would check out our getting hired resource center for tips on how you can get hired at any workplace!

So what should I expect at this? I haven't applied & assume you do so there. I really want this job so if anyone has any pointers, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance (((: #hiringprocess #preparation #amazon #advice #backgroundcheck

Hi @Hannah Spencer , I wasn't aware that Amazon was conducting "in-person" hiring events. Most of the hiring events I've noticed for Amazon are virtual. The online hiring process is pretty straight forward though. Once you complete the online application and pre-employment assessment successfully you are prompted, via email, to set up a local office visit for a brief interview and paperwork collection/review.

Amazon has the entire online hiring process available on their career website for candidate review. See Amazon hiring process. Learn how our hiring process works for more details.

Just had my interview with the speciality manager at the store applied to. He said they still had a few more candidates to interview and I should be hearing back by the end of the week.

However, just got like two emails like half an hour ago saying my application for such such position is complete at the store location. and when I log into my account on the home depot career site, it still says 'application received' but the date has changed to today. But i applied several days ago....

has this happened to anyone else? Does that status ever change? #HomeDepot #hiringprocess

I GOT A SECOND INTERVIEW!! FOR MY DREAM JOB!!! I am so happy! I've waited out for this job which directly coincides with my college education. I have a BS in biology, chemistry minor. This morning, they called and asked me to schedule an interview immediately, which leads me to believe they are filling one position because the job is not on their website. It is a quality control lab technician job for a federal job. The pay is the best in the state. I've interviewed with them before and was beat out by inside employees. I feel like I get so nervous during interviews. Does anyone have any interview pointers before I enter this panel interview? ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!
