I find gratification in accomplishing more than less, so I prefer to take on a little more. It's better than handling only one issue at a time. I've learned to batch tasks so that I'm focusing on similar activities at the same time. That way, I don't lose time and focus when I switch tasks.

Attention to details in Retail
Over the weekend I went to a Grand Opening for a well known Retail Store. As I was greeted, the first thing I notice was how detail and the merchandise in the store was. Very colorful and inviting. I was ready to shop. So as I was walking around the store, I was thinking in my mind, how will the Management team keep the store looking NEW and Detail like the beginning of their Grand Opening. I know this very well from experience of working at Grand openings.
Retail workers always need to focus on detail, weather it is making sure a customer receives exact change, keeping items in the store stock, clean and organize, properly displayed. An eye for detail is a critical skill when trying to attract customers to a product.
