Today I was offered a job, however the Glassdoor and Indeed estimated salary is approximately $15,000 less than what was offered to me. It's a remote position in California, I live in Georgia. Went on an interview, and a week later was offered the job. They said they would send me the info and I start in two weeks. I have to use my car for this job and it needed repairs. A week went by and so I took the car in for repair. A thousand dollar repair. Finally on the last day of the second week, I call them, left a message. No word. I call again at the end of the day. AHA, got the HR person on the phone. "Sorry but we've decided not to hire for this position. Nice. A lesson to learn!
