My role would be to guide them in their efforts given my 30 years' experience in driving improvement in job shops. Not meaning to boast, but I know more about the management of job shop than anyone on the planet. I can be very effective working remotely because of the advance in communications technology. This has a huge impact on the cost given here is no travel or lodging expense involved; the service can be priced by the hour as opposed to by the day, and the information I share can have a huge impact on the performance and profitability of any job shop or similar order-driven business.
