Nothing! The Wendy's that I worked at in Kissimmee, Florida was a joke. The management was very unprofessional. My uniform was stolen by another employee after the manager left it in the office for the shift Manager to give to me that was supposed to be my trainer. So I had to wait till the general manager to get there before I could even start my shift. The general manager wanted me trained on the drive thru register because I already had two years of training from working at a Wendy's in Oregon (which was an amazing place to work) but she wanted me to work with my register open the whole shift and several other employees taking money out of the register which I know is against everything that Wendy's teaches you. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to work there. #florida

Pet Paradise is seeking agents for our Reservations Center that services our resorts across the country. Daily duties
- Provides accurate resort and reservation information to clients in an effective, timely and courteous manner via telephone, chat and email
- Identifies, analyzes, and owns the customer's needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.
- Provides an accurate and timely response to all inquiries, callbacks and voicemails.
- Maintain up to date working knowledge of all facilities in order to provide customers with a personal detailed call experience concerning the location they are inquiring about.
- Demonstrates the ability to promote Pet Paradise products to all customers accurately to increase the value of their experience when their pet stays.
- Demonstrate appropriate soft skills to navigate calls efficiently: call control, empathy, accuracy, urgency, outstanding customer service tone, etc.
- Meets or exceeds established performance metrics which include, but are not limited to, reporting to work as scheduled, call quality, handle time, first response resolution, etc.
- Demonstrates a professional and positive attitude in all customer and co-worker interactions.
As we service resorts in MST, CST, and EST time zones, staffing hours run 6am through 10pm Mondays through Friday as well as 7am to 9pm on weekends

Do your research about the company. Head to Marshalls' website and poke around a little bit, specifically the "about us" page. It's important to find out as much as you can about the job and the company itself. It will help you prepare to answer interview questions about the company as well as help you craft questions to ask the interviewer.
Get a sense of how they compare to other organizations in the same industry. By doing this prep research, you'll be able to determine if the company and its culture are a good fit for you and it will help you feel more confident in your interview.
Practice interviewing. Ask a friend or family member to conduct a mock interview with you! This will help you practice a confident speaking voice and approachable body language. While you may find this comes naturally to you, spend time performing them with friends, family, a pet, or in front of a mirror. This is a great time to review how to navigate tough interview questions.
Figure out what you're wearing. Don't wait until the last minute to pick out your outfit. Make sure your clothes are ready to go the night before and are stain-free and wrinkle-free. Check out these tips on what to wear to an interview!
