Listen carefully...

No matter how many meetings, lectures, presentations or public talks that I attend or conduct in the presence of others.

One thing always stands true in my heart...

A Beggar's Quest: I seek and endeavor to encourage you to, set aside quality time to develop and manifest your self-development skills, in the presence of others.

Then, like everything else before it becomes large, it begins with small steps by...

              "Believing in Yourself"

When you take these small steps in the right direction, then, everything will turnaround in mid-air and land in place and in your favor. (See illustration.)

I'm telling you the truth...

"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up, even if we have a great cause or not. The most certain way to succeed is to, try one more time especially when the odds are not in your favor." ~Edward Alexander

You'll be amazed by the outcome. Remember, you have what it takes to excel.

I'm telling you the truth...(Read Without Failure.)

Listen carefully...

There are 1,001 reasons why people fall-short at their job interviews. One thing I learned is...It's NOT your fault.

Before I step away for my ZOOM Meeting, let me share three(3) important TIPS which are game-changers for your next interview.

As you step into the conference room for your next interview; even before you even think about sitting down; use 7-10 seconds smartly and discreetly to identify:

KEY 1. Who's sitting at the table?

KEY 2. How is each person is positioned?

KEY 3. Patiently wait to be invited to sit at the table.

Don't underestimate this coaching technique, otherwise, it could prove to be costly.

This technique can give you the cutting edge above and beyond measure, so you can succeed.

Again, visualize your interview in advance.

I'm telling you the truth...

With a mentor, you're ahead of the game; without a mentor you're probably in front of the 8-ball waiting for it to roll over you.

Get the point?

What you decide, hopefully, coincides in the type of future you envision.

Point:

Walk-in to your next job interview and say at least 7 of these 14 specific words, and you won't have to look over your shoulders in 14 days.

Expect your Letter of Intent to Hire, sooner than you expect.

When I was a Store Manager, I look to hire applicants that had a positive attitude, energy and open to learn.

Ponder over this tweet from Bruce Nordstrom "We hire nice people and teach them to sell, but we can't hire sales people and teach them to be NICE"

Your thoughts? Comment below. #sales #professionalism #confidence #retail

As a hospice RN case manager, I feel it’s more important to love going to work everyday for less pay then making the big bucks and dreading going to your job. Your attitude will show to your teammates and patients and their families. So unprofessional. #motivation, #professionalism, #hospice #advice

I wish my job @ #White Lake Supply had...

This place is on point. They have a wonderful Lady in the office and she treats everyone with the same treatment she would want herself. The service technician is awesome too. They have awesome prices that no other company can beat. Best of all they have a HVAC supply store too. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for wonderful experience and treatment going above and beyond expectations. #1 #HVAC #professionalism #advice #management #highlyrecomend
