I just received official court doc. Saying I was in front of a Judge because I was arrested on a warrant .It was a civil warrant. They said my UI benefits were discussed and that the Judge would like to meet again the end of April. He miraculously removed the warrants and fines, but make sure I call in for the review on the 29th. If I am working he wants income withholding set up. If Im not to turn into my case worker 10 leads per week. Now where is the 12000.00 that I qualify for and received 3 payments. Where is my remaining monies? When recently I found myself in need of MY money in MY unemployment Till I discovered that some slimy peice of garbage had an account already and in my name and ss#.! I have to wait till someone calls me so I can PROVE who I am! How come tyne person in Florida didn't have to prove who they were!!? OMG! This is a stressful situation @Christine Harmon ! So sorry to hear about your current challenges. We've been hearing from a lot of other members in this community facing similar circumstances. Most state UI agencies have employed a new IDme verification process in order to manage fraudulent claims. This effort is a little too late unfortunately for legitimate claimants in need of much deserved assistance.
Did the Florida Department of Labor offer you any follow up steps to report possible identity theft? What about a resolution, any date or expectations set on when you can expect to receive your benefits?
You may want to consider filing a police report for identity theft so you have a record for your complaint. Take all/any additional measures to protect yourself @Christine Harmon . Please continue to keep us updated on your progress with this serious matter.

The management team seemed to not care about their employees or their health. I got fired because I got sick with vertigo and had a Doctor's Note, I was forced to go in to prove that I was sick and a coworker took me. then Kari, hiring manager, told me I could go to work like that (risking the life of the Dr. I was going to work with, whom was Dr. Sebastian. After I refused to put our lives in danger, she told me I could go home then, clearly knowing I couldn't drive ,nor had resources to go home since a coworker took me.
