I'm telling you the truth...(Read Without Fail.)
Listen, when you are mesmerized by your past (negatively), you can be paralyzed from having a beautiful future, that was only meant for you.
Don't let this happen to you!
MESMERIZED...can be a powerful mental state of being or block, which can capture and/or hold your ability to think, likened to a prison of unoccupied space and disconnected efforts.
Don't mess around with this!
MINDSET: Learn to break one link in the chain of condemning thoughts, then, everything else will fall-in-place for you.
I Believe You Can...!

I would have to say what modivated me at Walmart Super Center was Walmart's biggest rule to all employees the number 1 rule which i loved was the "10 Foot Rule" when you see customers 10 feet away you are instructed to help any customer you see from 10 feet away manidorty but simple to follow common sense
Its of fundumental/absolute necessity for all airmen to comply with regulations that are usually well researched engineering prerequisites Or prototype limitations, such approach saves life and creates the much needed public confidence to aviation. Such a professional approach, integrity, compliance to regulations usually emphasize safety for both employees and the flying public. Greed and profit seem to the biggest enemy of doing the right thing when nobody is watching. Ignorance can't be used as an excuse for accidents caused by non compliance. Whoever says we have to cut regulations to attract investments is proof of selfiness thus usually goes with ignorance, pride and foolishness. To some of us who've been around for a minute, we know that most rules, regulations and laws in aviation or any industry for that matter, come into being after a catastrophic events that usually demand practical solutions. I urge all to research their industrial procedures and history before challenging their existence. To advance in one career or discipline, one should understand its origin, appreciate its evolution and most importantly your contribution to ensure its survival and advancement.

So I have a friend, and two weeks ago she threw up in the bathroom. The cleaning services then later identified the girl. They warned her that she was no longer allowed to use that specific bathroom. So this past Monday someone else threw up in the same bathroom, The people that owned the building assumed it was her. With no actual proof and considering that this bathroom is open for the public, it's available for guests in the building and outside the building. They are requesting that she be removed immediately from the building. She is now in the process of a transfer and is embarrassed from those who know.
