I am looking for a work from home job where I do not need to be on the phone a lot. I have a 6 and 4 year old. I am located in Broward County FL. I am a Registered Medical Assistant with the AMA. My oldest is on chemo and being home schooled. That is why I am looking for something along the lines of data entry or anything I can do that is not phone related should she have a day where I need to take her to the doctor. Which is not frequent. I have tried flex jobs etc. I am looking for something more steady. #jobsearch #workfromhome #healthcare #florida

I am currently on disability and am looking to work from home part time possibly in the medical field since that is the field I am trained in and worked in over the past 40 years. I worked in a hospital in Philadelphia for over 25 years until they closed. I was cross trained in Outpatient Registration, Admissions, Financial Counseling and even worked in dr's offices. I was an Office Manager for a plastic surgeon and front desk person for Rheumatologist, Primary Care dr's and walk in clinics. I moved to Florida 17 years ago and continued working in dr's offices and usually ended up working at the front desk and another job was as a medical records clerk. I went to Kaiser College back in 2009 and got certified in medical billing and coding and moved to Massachusetts for a job in that field and once I started working there they put me at the front desk due to staff shortages.. I returned to Florida for health reasons and continued getting hired as a receptionist/front desk person until I got on disability .I type 65 wpm and enjoy working in the medical field where i feel I am most qualified and know I am helping people. I did work from home for Disabilitydigest.com a few years ago and enjoyed it, but the pay was below poverty level so I did resign from that position as did my 4 team/co-workers. I am willing to work from home and try another field outside of the medical field. #healthcare #workfromhome #disabled #florida #jobsearch
