Depends on the job you are looking for. Are you talking store associate? The 1st line of the job description is always what's most important. At dollar general it is :Customer service duties including greeting guests, directing guests to products, and providing product knowledge. It is pretty specific so can you do this? I have worked for dollar general a couple of times now i am a people person not only fore the the older but as i would call them my kids the knew they would get candy.i have learn to do your job respect everyone clean the store stock shelves and be great with our customers.

Dollar general was an amazing job and I worked with great people my main boss appreciated my work and rewarded me with a gift card for going above and beyond and making our coustomers happy , my manager also gave me a gift card to olive garden and gave us gift cards for Christmas and birthday's, I miss my old job for sure
Good job honest work
I keep my work and home life separated.
